"Pure as the Mountain Air" The granulated maple sugar and maple spread which is served with our pancakes and waffles is homemade by us here at the farm using a process and some machinery invented by "Sugar Bill" Dexter. The process is slow and time-consuming but the flavor, light color and fine texture that we desire cannot be produced by any other method.
