Pure Maple Products "Pure as the Mountain Air" The granulated maple sugar and maple spread which is served with our pancakes and waffles is homemade by us here at the farm using a process and some machinery invented by "Sugar Bill" Dexter. The process is slow and time-consuming but the flavor, light color and fine texture that we desire cannot be produced by any other method.
