We ship the bacon frozen and in an insulated sleeve with ice packs. While we take precautions, we cannot do returns or refunds on bacon orders. Please consider this before ordering bacon as depending on how long shipping takes could arrive in suboptimal temperatures. We also recommend if ordering or ordering as a gift please check the tracking number. We don’t want bacon sitting on someone’s porch for a day or 2.
