Take and Bake Mac and Cheese

Made from scratch here. Cavatappi pasta tossed with a rich and creamy cheese sauce featuring Harman’s Really-Aged Cheddar Cheese and Parmesan. A delicious and rich dinner also topped with bread crumbs made from Focaccia bread for a nice added flavor. 

This comes in a 13×9 inch pan. Enough depending on appetite we think it should serve 6-8 people but it may go more or less. But it  goes very well as seconds if you have extra. Comes frozen but we recommend thawing overnight in the fridge to get a quicker bake. 

Preparation Instruction – Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Place thawed or frozen mac and cheese on a baking sheet for easier removal. Bake covered for 40-60 minutes (if frozen this will take much longer)  until the sauce is bubbling. When it is hot and bubbly, you can take the lid off and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the breadcrumbs are toasty and the cheese is starting to brown. This last step is optional.
