Starting with a base of a scratch made ragu (or gravy if you’re so inclined) made from tangy tomatoes, Robie Farms Hot Italian Sausage, Robie Farms Sweet Italian Sausage, simmered with classic Italian American flavors of onion, garlic, basil and oregano, tossed in Cavatappi Pasta, and mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. 

This comes in a 13×9 inch pan. Depending on appetite we think it should serve 6-8 people but it may go more or less. But it  heats up very well as seconds if you have extra. Comes frozen but we recommend thawing overnight in the fridge to get a quicker bake. 

Preparation Instruction – Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Place thawed or frozen pasta dish on a baking sheet for easier removal. Bake covered for 40-60 minutes (if frozen it will take much longer) until the sauce is bubbling. When it is hot and bubbly, you can take the lid off and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the top is golden brown and delicious.
