Ordering Policies

Shipping Policy:

Please note that members of our mail order team typically works M-F, but when the restaurant is busy will be pulled in to help there. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. If you place an order on a weekend or a holiday- please understand we will not process it until the next business day. Your order will ship via either UPS or USPS depending on which you choose at check out, we may change the shipping method at no additional cost to you at our discretion if one provider verifies your address and another does not. Shipping costs are determined by weight and distance and you will see the cost before check out. If you require express or 2-day shipping- please call us at (603)-823-5575 during regular business hours so that we may be alerted to it. If you are trying to determine when a package will arrive please note the following: credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and USPS deliveries occur Mon-Sat excluding holidays. Once you have placed your order you should receive a confirmation to the email you placed it with and it will provide you with a tracking number.

Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy with any products you receive- please call us at (603)-823-5575 to speak to a member of our mail order team. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Bacon Shipping Policy: 

Because we ship bacon out and it is a perishable item, we try to ship out only on Mondays or Tuesdays depending on shipping destination. We cannot accept returns on bacon and will not issue refunds on orders with bacon. Please order at your own risk. We take precautions to get it to you safely, but extended travel times by our shipping partners can lead to bacon arriving warm.
