Ordering Policies

Shipping Policy:

Please note that members of our mail order team have hours that vary depending on the time of the year. During the holiday season of November and December we’re typically here from Monday-Friday. But the rest of the year we’re usually here Monday-Wednesday with limited support on other days.  Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order. If you place an order on a weekend or a holiday- please understand we will not process it until the next business day. Your order will ship via either UPS or USPS depending on what the best option is. If you cannot receive UPS or USPS at your shipping address let us know in the order notes or contact us via email. Shipping costs are built into products now. If your cart total is over $35 and you’re shipping to the contiguous USA your order will ship for free. If your order is under 35 dollars and you’re shipping to the contiguous USA your order will ship with an additional $5 flat rate fee. If you’re shipping to Hawaii or Alaska there will be an additional $6 fee regardless of order amount. If you are trying to determine when a package will arrive please note the following: credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and USPS deliveries happen Mon-Sat excluding holidays. Once you have placed your order you should receive confirmation to the email you placed it with, and it will provide you with a tracking number. This email could come from our website or our shipping partner Pirateship.

If for some reason it isn’t feasible for us to ship the order to you, we will refund you the entirety of your order and email you an explanation. 

Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy with any products you receive- please call us at (603)-823-5575 to speak to a member of our mail order team. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. 

Items are eligible to be returned for up to 30 days after receipt (confirmed via tracking information) as long as you reach out to us before the 30 day period expires. The purchaser or receiver is responsible for cost of return shipping if returning because unsatisfied.

Reshipping Defective Products: 

If an item arrives and it is defective in any way (broken seals, broken glass, missing something) email us ASAP with photos of the damage/defect. We will work to resolve the issue and will tell you what we intend to do to remedy the situation via email. Please note because we ship perishable items, we will only guarantee refund or replacement on defective products if you contact us within 30 days of receipt (confirmed via tracking information) .
